Position description

We are currently looking for members of the local community interested in joining a casual administrative pool at Mount Allison University.

We have opportunities from time-to-time for on-call, casual appointments, so flexibility and availability on short notice is a must.

Qualifications/skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  • Strong communications skills: oral, written; listening, reading
  • Ability to follow direction, both written and verbal
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility
