Description:
We are looking for a licensed and experienced Framing Carpentry Crew to join our custom home build project. The ideal crew will have a solid track record of completing residential framing projects on time and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans.
Construct and install framework for walls, floors, and roofs.
Ensure all structures are level, plumb, and square.
Work in collaboration with other trades for a seamless build process.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and job site cleanliness.
Qualifications:

Licensed and insured framing crew.
Proven experience in residential framing projects.
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
