Forklift Operator – Order Picker

We are seeking an Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

– Utilize warehouse management system to prioritize and pick orders accurately
– Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, or other equipment to move materials and fulfill orders
– Perform order picking following specific instructions and procedures
– Conduct basic math calculations to verify quantities and match orders
– Lift and move heavy items while maintaining safety protocols
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

– Prior experience in warehouse distribution preferred
– Mechanical knowledge for operating warehouse equipment
– Proficiency in order picking techniques
– Ability to operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely
– Familiarity with basic math for order verification
– Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Additional pay: Overtime pay

Schedule: 8 hour shift (05am to 01:30pm)
Day shift
Monday to Friday
