Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Concord, ON (Basaltic Rd/Rutherford Rd)
Pay Rate: $23-$24 per hour
Schedule: In-office, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative with a strong blend of project management and customer-facing skills to join our team in Concord. This role is essential for delivering exceptional service while managing various projects and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
Utilize technical skills in QAD systems, Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Tableau, and data analysis tools to extract insights and improve processes.
Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Lead team initiatives by delegating tasks and managing daily operations.
Employ strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns promptly.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn independently to enhance personal and team performance.
Qualifications:

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
2-3 years of managerial experience preferred but not mandatory.
Demonstrated expertise in project management and direct customer engagement.
Proficiency in QAD systems and advanced Excel functions, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated learner with a passion for personal and professional growth.
