Delivery Driver – Cross Border – G License – 3 Years Experience

Hiring delivery drivers for cross border deliveries from Canada to USA. Drivers will be driving a company vehicle, a Mercedes Sprinter. You will keep the vehicle at your home and leave from your home for each pickup and delivery. The pay will be 30% of gross revenue. Which means 30% of what we get paid. This works out to $0.46 per mile as a contractor with the expectation the you complete an average of 3000 miles per week. The average driver on this compensation makes $1,400 per week. All trips will be going across the border and returning from the US to anywhere in Canada. But predominantly from the US to somewhere in Ontario. Trips from Canada can be going to as far as Texas or California. California is rare though.

Applicants need to have either a Canadian passport or international passport with US Visa. Applicants need to have at least 3 years commercial driving experience, verifiable from an LOE from the commercial insurance companies the drove for in current or previous roles. Applicants also need to have a cell phone plan with Bell, Telus or Rogers on a plan the includes unlimited calls and text in Canada or the US and sufficient data for Canada and US. It is not recommended to have a plan that gives roaming in the US but rather one that already includes usage for Canada and US.

Drivers should expect to be away from home for 2-5 days at a time. Majority of the time 2 days away from home. There are also medical benefits after probation which is 100% paid by us for individual coverage. There are also options for family coverage.
