JussConstruct is seeking an experienced and reliable Contract Site Supervisor for our high-end development project, JUSS LUXURY ESTATES: A YEAR-ROUND RESORT FOR ALL SEASONS, located in Moonbeam, Ontario.

Position Details:

Project Name: JUSS LUXURY ESTATES: A YEAR-ROUND RESORT FOR ALL SEASONS
Location: Moonbeam, Ontario
Job Type: Contract (with potential for extension based on project progress)
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits and provide progress reports via video and written updates.
Oversee and ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure safety protocols are followed on site.
Report directly to JussConstruct management.

Requirements:

Must be based in or near Moonbeam, Ontario.
Experience in site supervision, preferably in residential or resort construction.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide clear video and written reports.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be available for immediate site visits.
Knowledge of high-end construction projects and a keen eye for detail.
