• Carry out repairs in tenants’ apartment according to work orders & update the log book accordingly once the work is completed

• Clean the duck vent in laundry room twice a year including moving the machines to clean behind & inside, & clean the outside vent

• Clean garbage chute & underground parking once a year

• Take the garbage bins out and bring the bins back in twice a week & rotate the garbage bins when full

• Take the recycling bins out and bring the bins back in once a week & make sure carboards boxes are broken

• Change smoke detectors battery once a year and go through the building with Tremblay fire solutions

• Inspect apartments with the Electrical safety authority representative twice a year and repairs all deficiencies

• Pass the snow blower on sidewalks & keep the emergency exits & the front entrance clear at all time

• Do the yard cleaning in the spring

• Patch the holes in the parking

• Repaint lines in the parking lot

• Pass the lawn mover & trim the edges in the summer

• Change all fluorescents for LED lights throughout the building including in the units

• Fix empty apartments

• Assist with moves (in/out)

• Perform all related tasks assigned by the company

The incumbent must have electrical & plumbing knowledge
