Handyman- Thornhill, ON

We are looking for an experienced Handyman for one of our client in Thornhill, ON.

Job duties:
Conduct pre- and post-PDI inspections to identify and address repair needs.
Patch holes, cracks, and imperfections in walls and surfaces.
Sand surfaces for a smooth finish before painting or finishing.
Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces with even coverage.
Seal gaps and joints with caulk to prevent water damage.
Perform minor trim carpentry repairs and installations.
Assist with general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing and electrical work.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding job progress and concerns.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
