Polish or PPF Installer full time position

Looking for experienced or:
The training takes more or less 1 month, during training first week of training you are mostly shadowing and one on one training. After the one week, you will given jobs to do with other members, and will get paid a fixed amount of $50 for 6-8 hour shift, remember you are still in training. after a month once interested and passion, You will have some knowledge to start doing jobs yourself, once you can do it yourself you will go on contract/piece-work. The more work you do the more you make and that ranges between $100-300 per day
