Job Title: Bilingual Senior Investigation Officer

Our Banking client in Mississauga  is hiring for a Bilingual ( French & English)  Senior Investigation Officer

What’s in it for you?

• Pay Rate: $23.50/hr plus 4% Vacation pay on weekly pay
• Shift : Monday to Friday weekly rotation shift (8AM-4PM, 10AM-6PM, and 12PM-8PM EST
• Duration: 12 Months with the possibility of Extension
• Hybrid : Once a month in the office(Mississauga)

What will you be doing?

• •Receive, review and respond to inquiries received from internal and external clients, through fax, email, mail, phone and SWIFT to process accordingly
  • Conduct investigation and detailed analysis according to established guidelines and access multi media sources to determine nature of the problem and identify root cause
  • Research payment, transaction and accounting entries to resolve processing errors and/or breaks in Nostro or Suspense accounts
