Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Full-Time Driver/Operators and Swampers to join our team. In this role, you will operate hydrovac trucks and support excavation projects across various sites. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and are committed to safety, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Driver/Operator:

Safely operate and maintain hydrovac trucks.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles.
Conduct excavation tasks as directed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with the crew and project managers.
Swamper:

Assist the Driver/Operator in all excavation activities.
Manage and operate the hydrovac system hoses and equipment.
Ensure the work site is safe and organized.
Help with cleanup and maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications:

Valid Class 1 or Class 3 Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in hydrovac operation or relevant construction experience preferred.
Strong understanding of safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
