Lead Small Engine Technician / Partner

Garneau Tool is seeking a motivated Lead Technician and eventual partner for our small engine repair services. This position will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow blowers, and riding lawn mowers. While experience in small engine repair is an asset, we are committed to providing training to the right candidate.
This role features profit sharing and ama pathway to the ownership team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnosis: Diagnose problems with various small engines and determine the necessary repairs.
• Repair: Perform a variety of repairs to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
• Maintenance: Conduct maintenance services, including oil changes and blade sharpenings.
Qualifications:
• A genuine interest in small engine repair and motivation to learn our operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
