Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Bogart’s Jewellers in search of a full-time permanent Assistant Manager to join their team, at the Avalon Mall location.

The Assistant Manager will display superior customer service skills, strong leadership ability, and a high level of integrity and work ethic.

Bogart’s Jewellers is a locally owned and operated jewellery store in Newfoundland. They have seven locations across Newfoundland to serve customers since 1992. They care about their customers and being a part of the special moments in their life.

The Job:

• Performing sales by assisting consumers to make informed purchasing decisions
• Overseeing daily operations
• Inventory control
• Performing sales and budgeting
• Staff scheduling
• Delegating tasks
• Ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
• Provide a positive, unique, and tailored customer service experience
• Flexibility in working day required, includes evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Previous experience in the jewellery industry preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills are required
