Job Title: WETT Certified Installer

Location: Dartmouth, NS

Pay Range: $62,400 per year

What’s the Job?

• Conducting WETT inspections on wood-burning and gas appliances and chimneys in residential and commercial properties
• Providing detailed reports to clients on the condition of their wood-burning appliances and chimneys
• Identifying potential safety hazards and recommending necessary repairs or replacements
• Collaborating with other members of the Home Inspection Department to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices

What’s Needed?

• WETT certification and a minimum of 0 years of experience in conducting WETT inspections
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
