Job Description

Aramark is hiring a full time Assistant Manager for our Starbuck’s operation a government facility in Kanata.? This is a Monday ? Friday DAY SHIFT and parking is provided.

Job Responsibilities

??? ?Oversee Starbuck?s operation ensuring to maintain the Starbuck and Aramark standards of service ? 
??? ?Follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by maintaining food and labour initiatives 
??? ?Ensure individual and team is trained, and their performance meets objectives and client expectations 
???? Bring value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management 
???? Plans, directs, and coordinates food service activities to deliver a finished product to the customer 
??? ?Supervise team regarding production, quality and control Plan and lead daily team briefings 
??? ?Deliver client and company financial targets; identify client needs and communicate progress 
??? ?Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements?? ?? ? 
??? ?Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees

Qualifications

??? Previous experience working at Starbucks is preferred
??? Previous food service supervisory experience is required 
???Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships 
???Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark’s standard service model 
???Maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience ???Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb. 
???Must be able to stand for extended periods of time 
?? Candidate must pass a standard Criminal Background Check and Federal Government Security check
