The Food Technologist, also known as the Process Engineer, is in charge of offering Bakeries technical assistance and knowledge on a variety of topics, such as quality control, waste management, production effectiveness, product design and formulation, equipment configuration, and productivity benchmarks. Evaluation of ingredients, cost-saving measures, and product development/improvement are possible extra responsibilities.
