Experienced General Contractor Needed

I have a vacant single family detached home near Main St & Kenilworth Ave N (in Hamilton) looking for 1-2 general contractors who can do:

– Drywall (taping, mudding, sanding)
– Demolition (removing flooring, kitchen, etc)
– Tiling
– Deck building
– Ikea kitchen building mounting
– Door install (pre hung)
– Trim installation
– Painting (Trim Walls)
– Flooring Installation

Hourly pay: 35$ an hour. Hours are flexible as the house is vacant. All material will be bought by me and delivered to house. Payments are made on a weekly basis with 1 week buffer.

You must live close by and have access to a car as well as your own tools.

Specialized trades will be hired for any electrical, HVAC and plumbing.

Start date: 1-2 weeks (mid October).
