Our client, who is a leader in manufacturing healthcare products, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Accounts Receivables.
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Pay: $23- 25/hr (Depending on experience)
What’s the Job?
- Maintains Business Partner Accounts (Contracts, discounts, rebates, allowances, etc.)
- Processes credit applications and maintains credit term & credit limit. Reconcile payments to customer accounts.
- Initiate communications with customers to resolve past-due collection balances.
- Determine appropriate escalation for delinquent accounts and perform periodic risk review.
What’s Needed?
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in B2B environment, managing relationships and collections of high-volume major retail wholesale accounts.
- Experience with SAP and strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, strong ability to investigate, analyze and engage key stakeholders in the resolution process of all outstanding items.
- Strong communications skills, able to effectively negotiate, troubleshoot and problem solve.
