Seeking Compassionate Elder Care Provider in Toronto, ON $45,000

Haley’s family in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a full-time, live-in elder care provider to join their 84 year old mother with Parkinson’s disease. Work hours will range from 20-40hrs per week. Night time support is on-call emergency basis. Weekly days off. Paid holidays provided. Our caregiver will have their own private and furnished room in a new condo over looking High Park.
The ideal candidate will provide compassionate home care and assist with administering medication, bathing, and personal care. The family is offering $45,000/yr for this position.

The candidate should have a nurturing and patient nature, with the ability to blend caregiving with companionship. Experience in elder care is preferred. The candidate will be responsible for providing daily personal care, support at appointment and outings, ensuring medication is administered on time, and assisting with bathing and grooming needs.
