Casual Snow Clearer – Canmore $34-$37hr

Established growing property management company is seeking reliable casual snow clearers for the upcoming winter season. Serving over 80 residential homes, we are looking for a couple more staff members to join our team.
The successful candidates should be dependable, enjoy being outside, have access to a vehicle and can accommodate 3-4hrs of work per clearing (approx 8-12 driveways). We typically average 4 – 5 clearings per month late October – mid April.
Ideal candidates should be flexible enough to start clearing within 8hrs after each snowfall (preferably in the early morning) although there is some leeway with this. Perfect side gig to other employment.
Starting wage is $34/hr. For staff who stay in the role for the entire winter season, they will receive an extra $3/hr retroactive for the entire season as a bonus.
