Job Description:
As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce parts that meet our exacting standards. You will interpret technical drawings, set up machinery, and perform quality control checks to ensure every piece is made to specifications. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Select and install appropriate tools and fixtures.
• Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Maintain machinery and workspace in a clean and safe condition.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist (3 years preferred).
• Proficient in operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
