TRUCK SNOW PLOW DRIVER / OPERATOR

We are a landscape maintenance company serving properties in Thornhill with snow removal services.

We are currently seeking dedicated Snow Plow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to help ensure safe and accessible environments throughout the winter months.

This is a temporary position for the winter season; however, if it proves to be a good fit, there may be an opportunity for year-round employment in landscape maintenance

Responsibilities
– Operate Truck snow plow equipment to remove snow driveways and walkways
– Clear snow in a timely and efficient manner to ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles
– Follow designated routes and schedules for snow removal
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress
– Be available on-call throughout the winter season
– Work night and weekend shifts as needed, depending on snowfall

Skills

– 2 years of experience
– Hold a valid G class driver’s license and clean driving record
– Familiarity with equipment commonly used in snow plowing operations

We offer
– $30.00 to $34.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

– Minimum of 80 Hours Guaranteed Per Month
– Performance Bonus at the end of the season
