LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER/3 -4 HRS PER MTH/$20 PER HR

I’m looking for serious mature and experienced housekeeper to help me clean my apt on a monthly basis. Must be patient, flexible and able to follow direction well. I provide all supplies but if you have your own vacuum cleaner, that would be great as many vacuums are very different. Deep and light cleaning. Thorough cleaning style. Able to lift boxes. Organizing skills. References a strong asset. Must be ok around smoking and cats. If interested, please send me a short resume with past experience, contact info, and availability.
