We are seeking an energetic and personable female bartender/waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience in a lively sports bar atmosphere. This role includes both bartending and waitressing duties, requiring a friendly and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
Take and serve food and drink orders accurately.
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guidelines.
Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
Process customer payments, ensuring accurate billing.
Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory for both food and beverages.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with a positive attitude.
Uphold a high standard of hygiene and safety in all work areas.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, trays).
Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a team-oriented mindset.
