Middle Eastern Chef/Cook for a Lounge

Must have experience preparing Middle Eastern Cuisine items and knowledge of commercial cooking.
must have the ability to work independently without supervision, must be able to plan menus, and prepare individually , complete special dishes on menu.
Able to cook different types of BBQs and mediterranean dishes, and also able prepare middle eastern snacks.
