What You’ll Do:
As an Office Administrator & Client Support Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth office functioning and top-tier client engagement. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling reception duties: answering phone calls, responding to general email and new client inquiries, and managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Providing administrative support for client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assisting with the implementation and troubleshooting of new IT technologies as part of our client service app ecosystem.
  • Managing the firm’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and supporting digital marketing initiatives.
  • Creating and updating marketing and client support materials.
  • Anticipating office needs and ensuring resources are available for staff.
  • Assisting with the firm’s accounting and banking, including preparing monthly client statements and following up with clients as needed.
  • Performing other administrative duties as assigned.
