Our client, a leading solutions provider in the IT services industry, is seeking a Senior Integrator – Business Solutions to join their team. As a Senior Integrator, you will be part of the Business Solutions Department supporting the Integration Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Senior Integrator – Business Solutions

Location: Anywhere in Canada (Fully Virtual)

Pay Range: $90 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Determine needs and recommend tailored solutions to clients.
  • Compile data from customers and conduct data review and analysis.
  • Create integration diagrams using Cacoo/Visio software.
  • Communicate analysis results and make technical recommendations to customers.
  • Carry out the complete implementation process and perform quality control at every project phase.

    What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with M-Files (mandatory).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in system and network administration.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019 & Windows 7, 10, 11.
  • Strong customer service skills and analytical mind.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
