cleaning yard, gutters, removing rust from v

I have many projects that I want done around my house. I do not need a highly skilled handyman. I’m looking for a man who can follow instructions, is willing to work, and will get paid in cash. I will pay $17 an hour.
Currently, I want to remove the vinyl lettering from the side of my van using a heat gun, followed by washing away the adhesive with wine spirits. I also want to remove the rust from one area of the vehicle. There are many projects I want to do around the outside of the house, so I would expect 40 hours of work.
