Seeking a part-time Loving Nanny for a toddler in Thornhill 20CA

Hello! My name is Frida, and I’m seeking a reliable, experienced nanny to join our family. We have one child, aged 11 months, and we are looking for someone who can provide nurturing, engaging, and consistent care.
This is a part-time live-out position, and we’re offering 20CAD/hour pay. The schedule will be one to two afternoons or days per week, depending on our work schedule. We value open communication, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with children.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Childcare: This includes preparing meals (very easy), feeding, changing, assisting with nap times, and general supervision.
• We expect you to engage the child in activities like reading, toys, arts, and outdoor walk sometimes.
• Light housekeeping: Tasks related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and organizing the children’s laundry.

Key Skills and Qualities:
• Experience and training: We prefer candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR, early childhood education).
• Open communication: You should be able to keep us updated on the children’s activities, any issues that arise, and work closely with us to ensure the best care for our child.
• Patience: Children need someone who can remain calm and creative when handling their needs and energy.
