West Indian Chef Needed for Bar Expansion

We are a vibrant bar looking to expand our menu and are seeking an experienced West Indian chef to join our team. Initially, you will be responsible for preparing classic bar food such as wings and fries and serving customers food and drinks. As we grow, we aim to introduce authentic West Indian dishes such as , curry chicken, stew chicken, dalpuri and paratha roti etc.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in West Indian cuisine.
– Ability to prepare traditional bar food.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent kitchen management skills.
– Strong work ethic and reliable

Preferred Qualifications:
-Possession of a Smart Serve certification.
– A valid drivers license would be a plus.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook bar food items.
– Develop and cook a West Indian menu.
– Ensure food quality and presentation.
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
– Work closely with bar staff to coordinate food service.
