Commercial Cleaner Needed for Eco Sweep – Etobicoke Area (Browns Line & Horner Ave)

Position: Commercial Cleaner (Independent Contractor)
Company: Eco Sweep
Location: Etobicoke (Near Browns Line & Horner Ave)
Schedule: Sunday night to Thursday night, 9:00 PM start
Hours: 4 hours per night for 1 person OR 2 hours per night for 2 people working together

THIS IS NOT A CASH JOB WE WILL ISSUE A T4A FOR AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

Responsibilities include:

Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)
Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
Make adjustments and minor repairs
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Follow all health and safety regulations
Cooperate with the rest of the team
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning experience
Must have a car to get to the site
Must pass a police background check
Strong attention to detail, trustworthiness, and ability to work independently
Good physical stamina (bending, lifting, long periods on feet)
Ability to follow directions and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with cleaning tools/products and safety measures
