Salary range: $ 42,176.04 to $ 47,189.29 annually

Responsibilities

What you will be doing…

Reporting to the Manager of Administrative Services, you will:

  • Provide confidential day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the campus Administrative Services Manager
  • Provide accounts payable, cashiering, A/R for student receivables
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Provide support to students and assist with their inquiries and provide general office support to campus administration.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Occupational Experience:

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business or Administrative Professional/Office Administration or you have the recognized equivalency of a high school diploma with significant (10) years of administrative experience.
  • You have a minimum of two years (full-time equivalent) of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented office environment. Experience as a cashier or relevant finance experience would be an asset.
  • You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365 and e-mail.
  • You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work
  • Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with SharePoint and PeopleSoft would be considered an asset.
