LIVE IN CARETAKER (Individual or Couple)

Saskatoon Real Estate Services Inc. is looking for a hard working, motivated individual or couple to manage a large, well maintained Condominium Complex in Saskatoon.

Duties Include:
-Cleaning Common Areas in 3 Buildings
-Snow shoveling in Winter
-General Upkeep of Grounds
-Minor maintenance (drywall repairs, painting, basic plumbing)
-Mechanical checks
-Hiring and Supervising Contractors
-Managing Parking
-Answering phones for emergencies
-Working with and reporting to Property Manager

Successful candidate(s) would have mechanical systems knowledge, basic carpentry and minor plumbing experience. Prior cleaning experience is an asset.

2 bedroom Condo on site available for housing.

Salary and housing allowance combined annual pay is $50,000 to $55,000/yr (based on experience)
