We are looking for a full-time manager for a three bay quick lube in Drumheller. The successful applicant will have previous quick lube management/supervisor experience & quick lube technical knowledge to lead our team of technicians. The store manager will have a great attitude and be able to provide fantastic customer service as well as manage staff as well as being a keyholder, working/servicing vehicles, recommending services, cash out & managing any shop issues that may arise.

Job Duties
• Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner
• Inventory management and ordering
• Coach employees to assess customers’ needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services
• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services
• Ensure the store is clean and maintain a clutter free environment, perform or recommend preventative maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Compile and balance cash receipts at the end of the day or shift
• Encourage a positive team atmosphere that enables the store to meet or exceed sales goals and achieve consistently high levels of customer service
• Engage and interact with customers and employees to create a positive experience
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions and procedures and insist double checks are always performed
• Greet and assist customers in a manner that models exemplary conduct to staff; including demonstrating add-on sales and describing technical information to customers
• Handle customer complaints as they arise in a professional respectful manner
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times

Wage: Negotiable with experience
Additional pay:
• Commission pay
• Overtime pay
Schedule:
• 8 hour shifts full time
