Foreman Painter

Foreman Painter:

At least 5 years experience.
Supervising crew of approximately 3-4 employees.
Brush/roller/airless spraying/caulking/filling & patching/staining/clear coating. Airless spraying experience required
Experience painting GWB walls/ceilings; Hollow metal doors/frames; exposed ceilings; block walls; railings/stair cases.
Experience applying different paints such as: epoxy/dryfall/block filler/latex/oil.
Working at heights from scissor/boom lifts.
Run crews on different jobs.
Excellent communication skills; Communicating with general contractors, subtrades, architects, and owners.
Keep in contact with office via daily phone updates and informing office of needed orders etc.
Organized/works well with others/good conflict resolution skills.
Able to read blueprints/plans.
Must drive & have access to won vehicle for traveling to different jobs, picking up paints if needed, and going over jobs with different crews.
Working Hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm; 36.5 – 40hour work week. Monday to Friday.
Pay is weekly/tax deducted/CPP/EI/4% Vacation.

This is not a subcontracting job. This is permanent full-time.
