Full-Time Landscape Construction Team Leader

We are a busy landscape and grounds maintenance company, serving the Kitchener-Waterloo area for 40 years. We are currently seeking a full-time year round landscape construction team leader to start immediately.
Starting salary is $26.00 an hour with a review in a months’ time for a pay raise, company paid benefits and company truck for the right candidate.

Must have a least 1 years’ experience as a landscape construction team leader.

Requirements:
1.) Able to work with all construction equipment.
2.) Experience with interlocking stonework, retaining walls, concrete and
grading is an asset but not mandatory.
3.) Ability to use a skid steer and excavator an asset
4.) Experience in snow plowing with a V-blade in the winter months as asset.
However, we are willing to train the right candidate.
5.) Must be an efficient, highly motivated team leader, with the ability to
work in a fast-paced environment.
6.) A valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and a reliable vehicle are a
must.
