Looking for a live in Concierge for residential building Complex with a team of 2 others. Location is Ville St. Laurent.
• Able to communicate easily and respectfully with administration and other concierge.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance;
• Basic knowledge of electricity / plumbing and have own tools;
• Experience with the use of hand tools
• A friendly work environment, mutual respect, aide and collaboration
Responsabilities:
• Snow removal
• Cleaning and maintenance in the common areas of the residence;
• Carry out general maintenance work and the work required in the internal and external common spaces of the residence;
• Perform general maintenance work in the apartments
• All other related tasks.
• Have their own tools and an asset
On Duty Monday – Friday / available weekends on-call
Location right by the Highway15, close to stores, amenities, and private parking.

Recherche d’un concierge pour immeuble résidentiel. Apartment inclus, location Ville St. Laurent
• Capable de communiquer facilement et respectueusement avec l’administration et autre concierge.
• Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en entretien de bâtiments;
• Connaissance de base en électricité/ plomberie;
• Une expérience avec l’utilisation d’outils manuels
• D’un environnement de travail convivial, empreint de respect, d’entraide et de collaboration
Vos responsabilités:
• Déneigement
• D’effectuer les tâches de ménage et d’entretien lourd dans les aires communes de la résidence;
• De procéder aux travaux d’entretien général et aux travaux requis dans les espaces communs internes et externes de la résidence;
• D’effectuer des travaux d’entretien général dans les appartements
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.
• Sont en service lundi au vendredi, disponibilité les fins de semaine
• Avoir ses propres outils et un atout
La propriétaire et à côté de l’autoroute 15, à proximité des magasins et Jean Coutu, Stationnement privé.
