Forklift Operator/Material Handler

We are hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers in Vaughan.

These are full time positions with opportunities for advancement in the automotive industry.

All shifts available!

Days 6:15 AM 2:15 PM – $21.00/HR
Afternoons: 2:30 PM 10:30 PM – $21.60/HR
Nights: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM – $22.00/HR
Wage: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour

Job scope:

• Operate Counter Balance Forklift to move skids or bins within plant
• Handle material manually up to 50lbs to build pallets or put parts away
• Work in narrow isles
• General housekeeping duties

Requirements:

• CSA steel toe footwear
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• Experienced handling loads manually and supporting work off the forklift in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Certification
• Successfully complete onsite practical assessment
• Successful completion of WHMIS, mechanical aptitude test and English comprehension test provided onsite at IS2 Workforce Solutions
