Grounds keeper/Maintenance worker

Grounds keeper/ Maintenance worker – North York
We are looking for full and part time employees. Must be self motivated and available weekdays. Winter months may require evenings and weekends (weather dependent).
Must be proficient in operating gas powered equipment – lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers and snow blowers. Must have valid drivers license and a clean abstract. Will train for the operation of riding tractors, snow blowers etc.
Summer/Winter duties include: Grass cutting and trimming, weeding, watering, fence repairs, painting etc. Snow shoveling and using a snow blower to move snow. Applying salt and general grounds maintenance around the town house complex.
