Restaurant & Bar – Searching for Experienced Bartender+Waitress

We are seeking energetic, friendly, sociable, with 3 years of bartending experience to join our team! Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude
– Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
– Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
– Keep track of inventory and report shortages
– Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
– Be able to refer to the restaurant menu and promote a hospital atmosphere
– Alert and aware of customers who have arrived and those who need to check out
– Able to problem-solve and resolve conflicts with customers when appropriate
– Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen
– Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
– Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
– Process payments accurately using POS systems
– Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a bartender and food service (minimum of 3 years preferred)
– Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role (preferred but not required)
– Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
– Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop a sociable atmosphere
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Must be 21 years old or older
– Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Alert, attention to detail, and conscientious when dealing with customers and making transactions
– Good in a fast-paced environment, timely and organized working with a considerate volume of customers
– Ability to work well as part of a team
