Need Garbage Removal Help On Site

I need a reliable person to help with some clean up and throwing out (mainly) garbage bags on site where I live as I am preparing for a move.
Will pay minimum $40 each time but more depending on amount of time needed and garbage.
I have a cart you can use and there is an elevator.
