Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Electrician (309A Certified Maintenance License) with experience in High Rise residential and low-rise townhouse complex, and some commercial experience to join our growing team. (Non-Union Company)
Responsibilities:
Able to work independently and efficiently.
Ensure the customers, Tenants and their properties are respected and interact courteously
Complete site checks, clean up, and report the progress at the end of each day’s work
309A Electricians License with a minimum of one year experience.
Ability to complete tasks assigned professionally, efficiently in a timely manner
Must be reliable, punctual, and pay attention to detail.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to take and give directions and instructions
Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English.
Understand drawings, sketches, plans, and equipment manuals.
Applicants selected for the work must possess the following mandatory, valid training certificates before onboarding: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform Worker Health & Safety Awareness WHMIS Must be a member in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40.00 per hour
Offer RRSP after 3 month probation period / Must be willing to work overtime and after hours (time and ½ and Double Time paid)
