Looking for Experienced Landscape Construction Worker

Small landscape construction crew looking for qualified individuals with a valid drivers license and minimum 10 years experience in construction and machine operating. We are a younger crew 30s/40s and looking for the right candidate to stick around and provide quality craftsmanship.
Pay and hours are guaranteed and there is a lot of room to grow for the right individuals.
We are west end based located around keele and Wilson.
Our services range from carpentry, soft scaping and planting, machine operating and Hardscaping ( interlock, retaining walls and concrete), we also do renovations in the winter.
The right candidate will be able to play as a great team member and will bring value as an experienced craftsman and be able to operate bobcat skid steers and excavators.
We work an average of 10 hours a day and on most weekends as well.
