Contractor or Lobar

I have several years in disasters like Fire, Flooding, and Recovering belongings. I have most tickets, such as chemicals, mold, inspectors of condemned homes, fires, safety persons, H2s alive, and base carpentry. I have been a Lobar for years too. Have experience in dealing with Insurance companies. My wage is $30 to $40 hr, plus will work with contracts like half down and the rest after the contract is completed.
