Position: Part-Time Thai Massage & Housekeeper in Downtown Toronto

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual for part-time personal assistance and housekeeping duties. This position offers flexible hours with the potential for increased pay based on your performance and service hours.
Key Details:
1. Training and Employment:
– Training Period: Training is unpaid. However, we offer $10 in cash for coffee and TTC expenses after each training session. If a scheduled class is canceled, you will receive $10. Note that a $10 fee applies for missed classes.
– Performance-Based Pay Increases: After completing 250 service hours, your rate increases by $2.50/hr. For example, if you provide over 1000 hours of service, your rate would be $30/hr, and for over 2000 hours, it would be $40/hr.

2. Work Schedule:
– Flexible Hours: Max 2 to 4 hours per day, based on mutual availability.

3. Duties:
– Housekeeping: Includes general cleaning and maintenance of the home.
– Personal Care: Duties may include stretching, Thai massage (using hands, feet, and body weight; candidates should not be overweight), and assistance with bathing if necessary.

4. Legal Requirements:
– Private Building Regulations: You will be required to sign legal documents to comply with privacy and liability laws in Canada.
