Hiring a cleaner

Looking to hire an employee for my cleaning business that is starting to take off! I’m looking for someone part time to start with possibility of full time, 1-2 days a week to start, preferably someone with some experience cleaning, but im willing to train the right person. You would work directly with me doing no more then 5 houses in a day(currently i do 2-3 on my own). I work while my kids are at school and would like to keep it that way, so No early mornings and No late evenings! Monday to Friday only 8:45-3:45 max. Meeting every day at the same place, and end of day at the same place. Transportation between clients provided.
