Full-Time Feedlot Labourer

Location: Feedlot east of Coaldale, Alberta

Position: Feedlot Labourer (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:
– Pen Checking: Conduct daily pen checks on foot, closely monitoring the health and well-being of cattle.
– Animal Care: Assist in processing, vaccinations, and implanting.
– Pen Maintenance: Handle bedding of pens and cleaning waterers.
– Yard Maintenance: Perform general yard upkeep and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
– Experience with cattle is a strong asset.
– Must be comfortable working with animals and able to collaborate effectively with team members.
– Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
-Ability to preform hard, physical labour for the duration of the day
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have a Class 5 drivers license, a Class 3 or 1 would be a great asset
