Part time: Caretakers Helper
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Start times: Fridays at 6 AM-flexibility on other days
Light cleaning, changing equipment filters as required, walking to check floors of my condominium complexes for burnt out lights and other issues
Driver’s license needed
Able to get to 1002 Ave K North location at start times
Pay is minimum $50.00 for each shift-usually about 2 and a half hours -$20.00 an hour
Starting date is September 2nd 2024
Ideal candidate would be a mature individual possibly retired or semi-retired and able to work independently and somewhat mechanically inclined
