Oil and Lube Technician

Our client in Toronto is seeking a reliable and experienced Lube Technician/Tire Changer to join their team. The successful candidate must be motivated, skilled, and a great team player. Your duties will include performing routine maintenance on vehicles including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, tire installs, among other shop related duties. Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will ensure that their customers’ vehicles are in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Performing oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles
– Replacing oil filters and performing fluid checks
– Mounting tires
– Program sensors
– Inspection of vehicles for additional maintenance needs
– Complete basic automotive repairs as necessary
– Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Other shop duties as required
– Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in automotive repair or maintenance
– Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
– Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
– Experienced with power tools and hand tools used in automotive maintenance
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

Schedule:
– Must have an open availability during operating hours including evenings and weekends

Salary:
– $17.30 starting rate
