Snow Sales Representative

Overview:
Action Home Services seeks a dedicated, experienced Snow Maintenance Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for providing accurate and timely estimates for our snow removal and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong landscaping or snow management background, with a proven track record of preparing detailed estimates and project proposals.

Responsibilities:

Analyze weather data and forecasts to prepare timely estimates for snow removal operations.
Collaborate with the operations team to assess site conditions and client requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing labour, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
Communicate with clients to gather all necessary information for bid preparation.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive quotes.
Maintain accurate records of estimated and actual costs.
Participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in snow maintenance or a related field.
Strong understanding of snow removal processes and equipment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Relevant certification in estimating or project management is preferred.
